• Personalized Care Plan: We work with you and your family to develop a care plan that best fits your needs. Individual medical care will be directed by your personal physician and overseen by our healthcare team.
  
  
• Enhanced Care Suites: Our Enhanced Care Suites feature non-obtrusive sensor technology - called "QuietCare" - which alerts the Lakeview Commons' team if a resident's daily activity changes in a substantial way. This technology allows us to identify small health problems before they become larger ones.
